By booking with Heavenly Pancakes or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Use

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this website or book our services.
• Use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Deposits and Payments

• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Once a deposit is paid, we reserve your requested date and may decline other potential bookings.
• Deposits may be transferable to a friend, family member, or another date, subject to availability and management approval.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Submit cancellation requests in writing via email.
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
• If you cancel without rescheduling, any payments made will be forfeited.

4. Services

• We reserve the right to change our services, pricing, or availability at any time.
• Provide accurate details for bookings to ensure smooth execution of your event.
• Standard serving time is 2 hours; 3 hours for events with over 250 guests.
• All events include unlimited pancake portions.
• Extra toppings or sauces are available at additional cost. Custom menus can be arranged upon request.
• We cater for gluten-free diets with advance notice.
• Outdoor events are accepted weather permitting; indoor alternatives may be required for poor weather.
• We travel nationwide from West Yorkshire, with travel costs included in your quote.

5. Personalisation

• Generic celebration signage is available for hire and can be displayed on our cart or via easel for table setups.
• Personalised boards include a custom message and are designed by our in-house graphic designer.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website is the property of Heavenly Pancakes and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• Unauthorised use of our content is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for damages, losses, or injuries unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
